Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Elke Janssen, HIT-IN.TV, Oderberger Str. 34, 10435 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 01797831830, E-Mail: E-Mail: elle{at-zeichen}hit-in{.}tv) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
