The ROCKY M. soap dish is made of ceramic—more precisely, high-fired stoneware. It is handcrafted in the Christophorus workshops in Fürstenwalde, and each piece is one of a kind with its own individual character. The Christophorus workshops are a recognized facility for people with disabilities. The more than 420 employees cannot, due to the type and severity of their disabilities, work (yet) in the general labor market.
